YEAR / ONE-TIME BENEFIT

Exclusive crystal case protection

If the crystal case cracks or fractures within twelve months of the original purchase date, VETRON will replace the case once, free of charge, following inspection and claim approval. This exclusive benefit applies once per eligible watch and includes accidental cracking during normal ownership.

YEARS / MOVEMENT

Tourbillon movement warranty

For twenty-four months from the original purchase date, the tourbillon movement is covered against manufacturing defects and functional failure arising under normal use. VETRON will repair or replace covered movement components without charge, subject to technical inspection.

Eligibility

Coverage applies to an authentic new VETRON watch purchased through VETRON or an authorised retailer. A dated proof of purchase and an intact, legible serial number are required. Coverage begins on the original retail purchase date and is not restarted by resale, repair or replacement.

Crystal case protection

The one-year crystal case benefit provides one complimentary case replacement for a crack or structural fracture. It does not cover superficial scratches, cosmetic marks, loss of the watch, intentional damage, fire, chemical exposure, extreme crushing, unauthorised modification or a second case incident. A replacement does not renew or extend the original twelve-month period.

Tourbillon movement coverage

The two-year movement warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and functional failure under normal use. Following diagnosis, VETRON may repair the movement, replace covered components or provide an equivalent service solution. Normal accuracy variation within specification and routine regulation or maintenance are not defects.

What is not covered

The warranty excludes normal wear and ageing; straps and clasps; cosmetic scratches or discolouration; damage caused by misuse, neglect, severe impact, moisture or water ingress, magnetism, extreme temperature, chemicals, incorrect winding, loss or theft; and work performed by an unauthorised repairer. The crystal case benefit remains the sole exception for an eligible first crack or fracture during its first year.

Making a claim

Stop wearing the watch after a crack, impact or mechanical fault. Contact VETRON or the authorised retailer that supplied the watch before shipping it. Provide the watch, serial number, dated proof of purchase, photographs and a description of the incident. Products must be securely packed and sent only after service instructions are issued. Shipping, insurance, duties and taxes may be charged where permitted by law.

Inspection and service

All claims are subject to examination by VETRON or an authorised service centre. Unauthorised opening or repair may void coverage. Replaced components may be retained by VETRON. Service timing depends on diagnosis, parts availability and international transport requirements.

Your legal rights

This limited warranty is provided in addition to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where mandatory local law provides greater protection, that law prevails.

CARE / PRESERVATION

Avoid severe impacts, sudden temperature changes, solvents and prolonged exposure to moisture. Never operate or wind the watch beyond the instructions supplied with it. After any case opening, request a water-resistance inspection before exposing the watch to water.
